We stayed 3 nights and it was a great place. Pool was closed..but we expected that since its the Fall season. We think thats the best time to visit Branson..not crowded at the hotel..but traffic is still a problem..hate to see what its like at peak season. More

They don't pretend to be something they are not! Clean rooms. Older property. Big continental breakfast (biscuits & gravy). Motel style (outdoor doors). EXCELLENT customer service and personnel. About 1/2 the price of other properties in Branson. You even get NATURE on 3 sides and yet right on the Strip. Cleanest pool I've ever seen. More
