We just returned from a one-night stay at HIE. We had a suite, which was HUGE. The kids slept in the living room with a pull out sofa bed, and we had a separate sleeping area. There were two TVs in the room... AC worked fine. Free internet. No complaints here! more

Desk clerk claims waterbugs good roaches. The management team saw fit to lie to us about the roaches we killed in our room. They claimed they were going to send someone to spray for bugs but no one showed up. They only discounted our room $10 a night for the inconvenience of all the roaches we killed. This was a great hotel for families. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. more

The hotel is in dire need of new management. We stayed here 4 times so far and each time there was some inncident that involved trying to get in touch with the GM chip and he has yet to respond to us. Checked in and all was well, but then later that night when I went to retrieve a pillow, which was stored in one of the t.v. cabinet drawers, out fell a dead water bug. This was a great weekend the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast could be better. But the attendant was very helpful. The staff was friendly from the housekeepers, to the frontdesk clerk. Would stay at this hotel anytime!!!! VERY COMFORTABLE BED! more
