My husband is an over-the-road driver and while in Mississippi the truck broke down. The repair shop took us to this motel and told us it was nice for the price. Well, I assume they never stayed there, it is horrible. The walls are stained, the wallpaper is falling down. The bed was horrible. The mattress was old and lumpy.... More

During the night the headboard fell on one of the guests, and the room was very dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The manager was contacted the next day, and would not assume any responsibility concerning the bed at all. He refused to offer any percentage of refund on the amount spent for the room. The stay was cut short due... More

Despite needing a place for the night while passing through and all other options full, we now wish we'd kept on driving. Check-in wasn't too bad, but things went downhill from there. The room was dirty, bed spreads about worn through, headboards not attached to the walls so propped up on the boxspring of the bed, shower curtain rod very... More

Only hotel that accepts pets, but it's a dump. Holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper. Sauce splattered on the walls, just plain nasty. The owner is also a thief who tried to steal 800 dollars from my bank account.. If you're traveling I highly recommend you hold out and don't stay there! Go to Byram. More

The room was a horrible mess. We needed a place to stay overnight while passing through. We looked at the room, saw no roaches so we decided to go ahead and just stay. The wallpaper was falling off the wall, but we thought maybe we could just get a night's sleep before continuing our trip. We went to our room... More

The place was DIRTY. Awful experience. On top of it all, I left my makeup there. I soon as I realized it was missing (20 min after leaving) I called management. They assured me they would mail it back, and did. But first someone stole ALL of my brand-new stuff. About $150 worth, and charged me $20 to mail back... More

While on our vacation we had an overnight stay in the Jackson area.(Richland is just on the outskirts of Jackson.) I booked my room, and we got there after dark. It was pouring down rain, and we were tired and ready to relax. The front desk check in/out area was very clean and nice , this was promising. The lady... More

I had to go to the Jackson International Airport on a night when all rooms were sold out in the area except for the Days Inn in Richland. What a miserable experience; I'm seriously thinking of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Although there was a very pleasant lady on duty in the daytime at the Front Desk,... More
