There is nothing else to say. The staff appeared fearful of the GM (who was unavailable) and I see why. She was accusatory and incredibly nasty. Oh, the owner is in India. Clarion International was very apologetic and awarded me points but I honestly would have preferred a clean pool, chairs without huge stains and a shower. More

Trip was acutally August 2009. Manager wouldnt supply bedding for my daughter despite a printed confirmation that we booked her for the sofa bed.
