We were stopping in Greenwood on a spring break trip with out teens on the way back from New Orleans to Little Rock. I had wanted to stay at the highly rated Alluvian Hotel, restored by the Viking Range people, but it was too expensive. Bridgewater was 1/3 the price for what we needed and I was grateful to find... What a lovely place this is. Why stay in a dingy hotel with cramped space when you can stay in a beautiful place such as this. Firstly, the whole house is beautifully furnished and there is so much space with two sitting rooms dining room and a lovely kitchen. The bedrooms are also spacious and tastefully furnished.
