They've taken down the Best Western franchise and started a renovation project, although no noticeable construction going on while I was there over the weekend. My ground-floor room was one of the renovated ones and it was quite acceptable- standard sort of room. This hotel is not a bestwestern and has not been for over a year. All of their paper work says it is but it is not. Nothing worked right. i approached the manager and tried to file a complaint and she acted irrationally and basically said to get over it or leave!
