The Village House Inn was a delightful place to stay during our recent weekend trip to Winona. Anne worked hard to meet our every need, and we enjoyed the amenities provided to assure our comfort. From the coffee maker outside our room to the fresh-baked pastries for breakfast, every detail was perfect! We will definitely be back.

We truly felt at home at The Village House. Everything was beautifully decorated, amenities were abundant, and beds were soft and comfortable. We arrived around Christmas and the house had lights and garland, and Christmas trees lit. I would highly recommend this historical home to any guest visiting Winona.We will be back next year as well.

The Village House Inn is a fantastic place to stay. It is so CLEAN and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The exposed brick and baby grand piano add to the lovely atmosphere in the common areas. The views of the bluffs are great. Enjoyed our stay at the Village House Inn. Turned out we had the house to ourselves for the night. Per instructions on the website, we called Anne 30 minutes prior to our arrival. She met us at the house. Note that the managers do not live at the house and that the breakfast is a continental self serve style breakfast.... More

The Village House Inn is beautiful inside and out. It was very comfortable with a variety of sitting areas. This would be a lovely place to stay for a group of friends, book club or just a couple.

Perfection! MUCH better than a hotel, and better priced. We stayed here during a weekend vacation. It's lovely, well-maintained, clean, the continental breakfast is just what you need (foods from area coffee shops and bakeries), and simply better than staying in a hotel. VERY accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at the Village House. The area is beautiful and the Inn is modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. Great place to take kids. Loved the patio and landscaping as well. Thanks for everything.
