Wow...where do I begin?? When checking in we were paying for 3 nights $600.00 with a credit card. Card was ran and the girl said that it was denied. She ran a 2nd time and knowing that the card balance was $0 it was denied again. Called credit card company and they said a purchase over the limit of $7000.00...

After doing some research on your reservation I was able to see where the credit card was denied twice for the $600. It is our policy to have a valid form of payment at check-in to cover the entire stay.
The customer service that you experienced in the bar is unacceptable and will be addressed.

We stayed the weekend in one of the newer rooms. The room itself was nice however the lighting was inadequate which makes getting dressed for a wedding difficult.
