On the way to Rochester for a medical problem we needed a place to stay that was close to the twin cities area. On short notice the hotel gave us a great room and made us feel welcome. The moring breakfest was good as well. The hotel was comfortable and quiet.

Pool area is very nice. Room was spacious. Bed linens were lovely. Breakfast is very basic, but most can find something they like and McD's is right next door. Flavored syrups for coffee was a nice touch. Didn't like the mattress so much, but overall, very good value.

We stayed at this location back in December and fell in love with the staff and amenities. This time was just the same. We can't say enough about this hotel and staff. If you're not familiar with the Americnn chain they're a group of cookie-cutter properties that are consistently comfortable. This particular property, located at the end of an awkward cul-de-sac, is no disappointment.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and, more importantly, quiet. The staff is pleasant. The complimentary breakfast is average. I found it to be a good value.

I had to deal with the hotel staff from a distance and when I asked a question, it was immediately responded to. They are a very well organized and cooperative group. We have had meetings there before and because they are so accommodating the choice was easily made to have this venue again. My thanks to the staff.
