“Disgusting - and I'm not that picky”

This was the most rundown chain hotel that I'd ever stayed in. It was really, really tacky and in bad shape. I was appalled at the condition of this motel and the scarcity of staff. The room was rundown and the upholstery was dirty, my pillow slip was stained, the stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, the easy chairs had not been vacuumed under the cushions...when the room was made up the second day, the floor was not vacuumed. We found our stay at the Ramada in Owatanna very disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the curtains were falling apart and there were dust and cobwebs everywhere.
