Had room with hot tub. While using the tub I noticed bugs swimming . . . Bathroom tub was also dirty. I am very sorry that you experienced a problem with your room. Anytime a problem exists our front desk staff is trained to remedy the situation immediately. If you had brought these matters to our attention we would have certainly offered to move you to another room that was satisfactory and measured up to your expectations of cleanliness. If we...
We had family come from all over the midwest to get together last summer. We loved our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. I selected this hotel for the Honeymoon suite. We called and reserved the room in November because we wanted to be sure we had the room. We were told no problems and it was ours for the night. The staff at the AmericInn was wonderful! The pool was a bit on the chilly side, however the whirlpool bathtub in the room was great! The location is directly off the freeway and within 2 miles of the town itself-in that sense it does feel slightly isolated. I would certainly stay here again, however. more
