I have only stayed here once and it was in room 405. The room is setup as a suite with a wet bar/mini fridge and living room. Nice bath and body works toiletries. Just a very pleasant stay. The restaurant in the hotel (kips) is also a great spot to grab a beer. More

This is a hotel in a very convenient area, close to downtown, but close to freeways to get you in our out quickly. Clean and fairly up to date hotel for business travelers. Very comfortable beds. All amenities a business traveler expects. The attached restaurant (Kipps) has very acceptable food, I ate dinner there 3 times and enjoyed each meal. Good breakfast menu also. Caribou Coffee has a kiosk in the lobby in the mornings. Everything/everyone that we encountered at this Marriot was very pleasant. A short while after we checked in, the front desk staff called our room to check to make sure that everything was satisfactory and to please notify them if we needed anything.
