i live there now.. I get to hear the upstairs neighbors argue at each other, have sex, and listen to there little dog bark all day long. The management said they helped but when i approached the tenant she said that management only approached them once about noise when i complained on a regular basis.
DO NOT LIVE HERE, if you want to be surround by drunks and loud people and have paper thin walls, then live here.
