I have taken my daughter here for her birthday 2 years now and love the customer service, party room area and the pool is perfect to tire the kids out before sending them home. $100 to keep the kids busy and not have to clean up your house before and after 15 kids. LOVE IT!!!

The hotel was a little run down. But we just needed a place to stay after a birthday party. It is clean. There is also a continental breakfast. Which was also just ok. We got there kind of late.

Unprofessional manager, rooms and hotel smelled of smoke.

great place to stay....only thing bad is the swim lessons on Monday's and Wednesday's. the pool and the hot tub are great relazxers, and the outside grill is wonderful when you are traveling and want something grilled...John the Manager is very nice and accomondating..The breakfast is better than most hotels

Very friendly staff. Asked for an early check in with no problem. The room was a little small but it was all we needed. Had a king and it was comfortable. Smelled some smoke from time to time. We asked for a non smoking room but yet the room smelled like smoke---we discovered that there was an enclosed courtyard outside our window with a picnic bench and ashtray and folks out there smoking during the late evening hours. The staff was extremely helpful. Also the room was very clean. It was a smaller hotel but it was cozy, Hastings is also not Minneapolis so I expected it to be smaller. Overall I had a great stay. The rooms are mostly clean and confortable bed and very nice leather chair. The plasma TV is great! The pool/ hot tub has a nice setup..dim lighting and relaxing music -comfy.
