Comfortable, clean, well located, efficient and fresh. Although the check-in was a bit protracted, I'll forgive the anomaly. Priced reasonably to average, but you will have to look for flaws, as opposed to too many hotels where you have to overlook the varied nuisances and flaws. I can almost always count on Westin.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is in a great location adjacent to the Galleria and South Dale malls. Hotel is immaculate, staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable.

I stayed here for a couple of nights when I was in town for the U2 concert. I'd stayed downtown in the past. I really enjoyed this property. Very comfortable, near shopping. There is a Starbucks just outside the door. Parking was easy. Price was right. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
