This was my worst hotel experience. There were bugs in my room, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the hotel staff was extremely rude. Also, they charged my credit card over $200 in incidental charges through fraudulent tactics. They failed to provide me with proof or documentation regarding charges. The staff is extremely rude even for Minnesota standards.
Unfortunately situations happen at the hotel where we have to apply additional charges to a room. We encourage anyone who would like to view more regarding this situation to contact our local Eagan, MN Police Department with reference to case #12002719. Thank you.

We have stayed here numerous times because they welcome our dogs here. We have always found the staff efficient and very courteous. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and spotless and the breakfast is as good (if not a little better) than any of the rest. We highly recommend this hotel....even if you don't travel with a pet!
