Skeptical because they were about half the price of anywhere else in Duluth, but pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable,and the staff was helpful and extremely friendly. Nice pool and arcade. Only drawback was the separate spa and sauna.

We got a great rate on Priceline for this hotel. Our room was nicely decorated. It was clean and quiet. Parking was a bit odd as we had to drag our luggage up/down steps, but once in our room. it was fine.
