i have stayed here many times and everytime i enjoy it. the rooms are spacious and clean. hotel is in a wonderful location everything downtown within walking distance. all staff friendly and helpful. this place really makes you feel welcome. Duluth is one of my favourite destinations and this hotel is my #1 choice to stay.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff was respectful, courteous, accomodating. I was travelling for work and stayed six days. The hotel was a quick skywalk away from the DECC.
