The staff was so incredibly friendly! We were well taken care of. The pool and waterslide were a lot of fun for my son. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was set up in a cute room. I would definitely stay here again!

The Best Western Holland House is a well kept, well run hotel that is perfect for me when in town on business. Comfortable room, nice size pool and a good breakfast buffet. What a great place to stay. My husband and I were visiting my relatives in Pelican Rapids nearby. All the staff from front-office to maintenance were friendly and helpful. Pet friendly and very clean rooms and premises. The full, hot breakfast was also a big plus. We will always stay at Holland House when we're in the area.

This is our third time staying here. It's quite comfortable and convenient and they have a great breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel for the money. Staff is very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The property sits right next to a stream and there was plenty of space for my dogs to get exercise. I will stay there whenever I'm in the area.

All staff members are friendly and personable. They got to know us by name because we interacted with them, i.e. directions to ___ , extra towels, convenient time for housekeeping, what events to attend. The water flavored with real oranges, lemons, etc. in lobby was wonderful; this is extra customer service, nothing that is reqired to be done for guests.... More
