Made a reservation thru Americinn's 1-800 for a non-smoking queen and arrived to a smoking room. They changed us to a King suite for the same price after a bit of a tussle -- nice and clean. We had a very nice room but the parking lot is horrible! Lots of large holes, not safe for any low clearance car. Also, DO NOT ask for a late checkout. It is "not allowed" and they are extremely rude when you ask.
