Management and staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Stayed twice in two different rooms over a four day period. One had a good view out the window and the other not so great. Very nice property.

We had a family reunion holiday party at this hotel--12 rooms. The manager and staff made us feel very welcome and were very accomodating. We had a great time--excellent rooms that were grouped together, good gathering space, pool and video games for the kids.

We had our wedding guests stay at the hotel because of its location. The manager has been very helpful and accommondating. They were able to reserve rooms for us for the weekend and since there was another wedding going on and there weren't enough rooms to our specs, they gave us an upgrade for many guests for the same price....

Upon arriving, we found out our room had been given away even though we had confirmed our reservation the day before. A miscommunication apparently took place but luckily for us a suite was left and they gave it to us for the same price...after we said that is all we would pay for it.

Very nice property. Love the close proximity parking and even offers indoor parking. We were upgraded at check in to a suite for no extra charge. It was a HUGE room with a king bed in the private bedroom. Two t.v.'s a little kitchenette, etc.

We stayed here for less than 12 hours (as we got in late, then left the next morning to head to Valleyfair), but it worked for us. The beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was fine, and checking in and out was fast and easy. No complaints.
