This Best Western was absolutely beautiful! The hotel was very convenient being right across from the Mall of America and they have a free shuttle that takes you to and from there which was great after a long day! This is a great hotel. The proximity to Mall of America makes things very convenient. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room was kept very clean. Our room actually overlooked the highway, but we could not hear any noise. Excellent stay!

Pool open from 9am-11pm, with facing rooms too. Parents can be on "porch" while watching kids in pool. Hot breakfast, walking distance to mall (it's across the street!), big rooms, free wi-fi. Have stayed here twice using park and fly option. Great service. Pleasant place to stay. Have not tried the pool area. Across frontage road from south side of Mall of America. Nice in-house restaurant/lounge. Ten minutes to MSP airport, but no air traffic noise.

We were right next door to Ikea and Mall of America, who could ask for more. This was an asset since we had only a few hours to shop. Breakfast was nice to have to start a busy day. Our organization just held a convention at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the venue. I've never seen a Best Western I didn't like, and this was no exception.
