Very clean and quiet place to stay Pleasent commons area .Mins away from many attractions The Manager Anita Is a cute and freindly person who knows Her job well.I was amazed at how much she did around the Hotel, yet she was there for you in seconds and with a smile. It has easy parking and a very clean lot.
Very COMFORTABLE beds and big rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little south of Big Lake on East bound 10, but it has a Great restaurant next door. Best rooms in the area. Prices are reasonable too!
I was little worried when I made reservation after reading seeing the reviews BUT my husband and I received the BEST service. Very clean, friendly service. I will highly recommend Market Place Inn.

Booked a room for a wedding, cancelled a week in advance and was still charged $90 for the room. I have called 3 times trying to resolve this issue, each time I am told a manager will call me back. Still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional staff.
We had nice people that checked us in on Friday and a good nights sleep. Saturday night was a different story. There was fighting and yelling in the hotel late night and it kept us awaqke.,no one anwered desk phone and can't reach the manager althugh we have called several times.
