Pro's - swimming pool, nice breakfast w/waffles, employees are friendly and helpful, room was clean, good location
Con's - beds are old as in sagging in the middle, hot tub & sauna were luke warm, our room was on the second floor above the front desk & lobby so noisy after 10pm

The pool was the best part. There isn't really that much to do in Brainerd-Baxter. 2 stars is my rating more
