Not in a picturesque area. But good overall function. Wifi, desks, gym, breakfast all included. I cannot say I would rush to stay there, but it was convenient and complaint free. Good for what it was.

Warned that the hotel was undergoing renovation, I was ready for the worst. Stepping into the elevator, I thought that it was going to be a tough night. But I was very pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, quiet and ... perfect!
The front desk staff and others in the hotel were helpful, courteous and pleasant. It was a...

We stayed here for a wedding with several family members also staying here. No complaints about the hotel. Location was perfect for where we had to be for the wedding/reception considering all of us were from out of state. When I reserved the room it mentioned there were renovations going on in 2012. If there were, I never noticed!
We recently had to attend a family members funeral in Grand Rapids and booked three rooms the night before. Typical check in time is 4PM but we requested an early check in at 1:30PM to have time to dress for the visitation. The staff went out of their way to have two of the three rooms ready so we could...

I am staying in this Hotel, because of proximity to the work site. New fitness center is good, one cable machine , two trademills and some free weights, good size swimming pool. But rooms feels older style, there is no ref and microwave in normal rooms, if you ask for upgrade, you might get one. Brakefast is okay. I feel...

Spent a well-earned night's rest at this property and it was everything you've come to expect from Hampton Inns. Clean, comfortable, friendly. The old Holiday Inn advertisements used to claim that "the best surprise was no surprise" and that's pretty much what I found here. A couple of expected, but often missed by Hampton Inns, amenities were exactly as I...

I have stayed here many times and it has been a good hotel. Although everything is typical of a Hampton Inn, after this week's visit, I wont be staying there again due to the terrible beds. It's been three days and I am still having back issues from the saggy, soft beds.
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year with this week being my most recent visit. I found the staff and facilities to be top notch. They offered cookies in the afternoon and a small breakfest in the morning. I used the excercise room and found the machines to be in good shape. They have a nice...

My son and his family live nearby and so we take the grandchildren and escape for a few days each year. We have always received great rooms and service from from front desk to housekeeping. Nice pool and great breakfasts!
My friend & I stayed here on Friday, August 5th for one night. When I first checked into our room, the room smelled strange and I believed it to be the AC unit. I called downstairs and they immediately switched my room, offered to bring the new key to my room so I didn't have to carry my stuff back...
