“Nice Stay”

Hotel felt on the new side. We had the 1 king room, it had a nice little divider (about 3 feet), so we could put our baby's pack and play behind that, and it felt a little like she had her own space. The room felt large, with couches, a fridge, a big tv, and a good shower.

I make regular trips to Grand Rapids Michigan. I have stayed at the local Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Staybridge and Baymont and have found the Hyatt Place to be the best. We had a great stay for 2 days in April. Loved the newness of the hotel and the daily breakfast buffet. Quiet hotel, nice pool, and nice rooms. We also liked the location, close to the expressway. Would recommend to anyone!

The facility is beautiful, the rooms ate modern and nicely decorated. However, there were some problems. One of the two glasses in the room was dirty upon arrival. “Super nice modern hotel for a great price!!”

Nicer than expected. Rooms have a nice sofa for sitting and the tv rotates between the bedroom and the sitting area!! Nice high pressure shower!! Will go back!! Make great Starbucks coffee and have good food in the lobby!!
