Room was dirty. Wrinkled sheets, dust everywhere, hair in bathroom sink, stained sink bowl. Overall nasty. Fake hardwood floors made for lots of echoes in the room and noise from the hall. Recently redecorated. Room and bath very clean as was the whole place. WIFI worked well. The hot tub was HOT, which is just the way we like it. Some places don't keep them at the proper temperature. Staff was great. More
