This was the wife & I's second stay up here, and it sure wont be the last. The place is starting to feel like another home- way more than a B&B or a hotel. The tasting room is open to B&B guests after hours, unlimited tastes and one complimentary glass of your choice of wine per guest per night; you... More

What a fabulous bed and breakfast place to stay. We were here for 4 nights while we did day trips throughout the Traverse City area. All gourmet breakfast and we did spend the extra money for the grand tour of the winery (complete with tasting and food) and for the special dinner they do once a week. (they bring in... More

Everything we were looking for- Private, romantic, quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the Van Gogh suite. It had a great view (even in the winter) and very comfortable bed. I loved the whirlpool tub in the room. Even though the fireplace was in the main lobby, there were so few visitors, it felt like we had the place to... More

A friend in Tampa recommended we try Chateau Chantal when we wanted to tour the wineries in the Leelanau Peninsula area. We were sold when we clicked on the website and we saw the first pictures of the Chateau. Space is very limited and the room rates are steep (minimum two nights for some time periods), but the stay is... More

absolutely, was better than I expected. absolutely, larger than I expected. absolutely, friendly staff. While staying at the B&B they give you full access to the wine tasting room even after hours, they have a wonderful breakfast. The owners are very much involved and are very visible. More

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Chateau Chantal for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The views were wonderful and it was great to look over the vineyard. We took the tour of vineyard after breakfast... More

I love everything about this hotel, it exceeded every expectation I had based on what I had read and seen on their website and from TripAdvisor ratings. Everyone on staff is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. As soon as we checked in, Kate helped us find our room and gave us great recommendations on local restaurants. The... More

We stayed in the Monet room. When we arrived, we were presented with a registration sign off sheet of rules. Silly rules that obviously came from a previous event. The tour of the Inn showed it to be a classic B&B complete with dried flower arrangements, faux art, little signs with rules, and tired out of style furniture. If you... More

We didn't stay here but did visit for a wine tasting. The wines were tasty, the staff friendly and the views fantastic. A good stop for sure! More
