Clean, great service, and great food at restaurants on the property. There's so much to do year round-pool, alpine slide, climbing wall just to name a few. It's close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. I had a relaxing massage at the spa-i highly recommend this place!

This is a super clean beautiful resort. I was there with my family for a wedding that was held there in early May, 2012. In between seasons, so the outdoor activities weren't open yet, but the kids (11,13,15) still had things to do. I enjoyed a ski weekend at Crystal with a couple friends in January. We stayed in the Crystal Colony rooms. It was just what we needed and not much more.
