Was good for just a place to sleep. Could have been a little more cleaner and in better shape but overall was good for the money spent.

I stayed here with my husband and kids. I was skeptical at first because of the price. The rooms were clean and good sized. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Could not hear other quests. In room fridge was nice but not the coldest. Breakfast in the morning was good. My kids really enjoyed the waffles!

I think it is the best place to stay for your value. Especially for us seniors. Thanks LaQuinta! The location also was good.

Had a nice stay as usual. Visit this property 3 or 4 times per year and the staff always goes out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Wendy on the front desk has been there for years. She is always going out of her way to make the stay enjoyable.

There are some bigger name unts in Southgate but this is as good or better than any. Only drawback is accessibility of main roads upon exiting the motel and an unimaginative, limited complimentary breakfast bar.

Hotel needs renovation. We checked into our room, which was very spacious. We found a large box in the refrigerator, containing leftover food - presumable from the prior guests. Stayed one night in two rooms. One room smelled strongly of moth balls. The other room smelled slightly of urine. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and fairly standard for a budget hotel. Beds are comfortable, it wasn't loud and service was friendly. For under $50 a night, it was just fine.
