The hotel itself is pleasant and clean. But, the staff tends to be apathetic and detached. It is close to the lake and to restaurants. Not bad for a few days, but not for an extended stay.

Everything about this place is just right. No bar but there's one in the Mexican Restaurant 50 ft away. Check in was fast and friendly and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Really nice hotel!!

We stayed here for the PGA Senior Open. It has a lovely location across the road from Lake Michigan. Silver Beach is down the road with free parking. The room we had was not outdated by any means. Had a King suit with a view of Lake Michigan. The room was spacious and clean. Nice balcony. Great value for a weeknight getaway. Just minutes from the beach and shopping. Will definately stay here again.

Great hotel, attentive staff, fabulous location, Clean. Pool area clean, hot tub very clean. Everything here was perfect. Across the street from Lake Michigan. This hotel knows what it is doing.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Great staff, great location, great town. Can't wait to stay again. Girls up front are very helpful and knowledgeable, the cleaning staff is right on, and the Continental Breakfast was tasty.
