Love the location color,pool,bed bathroom Everything they promised

Sometimes we have to go to a hospital away from home. Recently that was the case. We heard that the Fairfield Inn had a "hospital Rate". We checked it out & it was true. We stayed here on New Years Eve and couldn't have been happier. Room and facility was clean, staff was friendly, WI-Fi worked well. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Bed wasn't the greatest. OK for a night, would stay elsewhere if I was in town for a week.

First, the good things. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean, has a pool and is in a safe location close to the highway and many eating establishments. Negotiated rate of $60 was reasonable. Otherwise a very average hotel. I wonder whether close proximity to a Residence Hotel will always mean mediocrity so as to help differentiate within the Marriott family.... More

NIce place, but it's obvious it was another chain previously. The bathrooms need desperate help. They have been updated, but things weren't replaced, just covered. We stayed here and truly enjoyed our stay; Marriott beds are wonderful. Location is close to many stores and malls, restaurants, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed with my wife and kids for an overnighter on the way back from vacation. Hotel was very handy to great shopping for back to school. Target, Kohl's, Meijer, and a great mall are all within a mile of the hotel. Hotel itself seemed new, and was very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was better than most continental... Stayed here with a group of friends on a shopping weekend. Nice big rooms and very clean. The staff was awesome and went above and well beyond on a few occations. Just really, really happy with the stay. Just stay here and you won't be disappointedl!
