My husband and I just wanted to get away for the week-end, to rekindle our marriage. We are an old couple with a teenager. Our daughter spent the weekend with cousins, while my husband and I just took off to this "Delightful Hideaway" in Rothbury, Mi. Woods everywhere! Our room was a delight as well! Private room with our own full bath. Beautiful! (Clean as a whistle) We even had our own private walk-out porch. One evening, we saw two deer coming up near one of the bird feeders. Then off they when into the woods. We just loved it! Peaceful and close to nature. Lake Michigan was only 15 minutes away. The Beach was so beautiful. The Owner's; Lisa & Gary were so accommadating. The Food was "Delicious!" And, we had stayed in many other B&B's, I have to tell you that this a very "comfortable" place to go, if you want a peacful get away! Oh, yeah, my husband also tried his hand at fishing when we were there. Better luck next time... more
