The accommodation was very comfortable, the dinner was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in Petoskey for Cross country skiing at Wildwood and were not disappointed but hope that next year the Xskiing will be better. We'll be back if they continue to cater to our group. More

The Perry is a charming hotel in a great location in beautiful Petoskey. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and they have the softest sheets ever! It's an old, historic hotel, so know that it's different from a modern hotel- set your expectations accordingly. They take great care of you. If your drain is stopped up, they're there in a flash.... Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel with the followers of trip advisor. Petoskey is a great destination any time of year and we are proud to be the downtown hub of our resort town. As you mentioned, a 110 year old building does have its challenges from time to time but our staff is quick to respond... More

We just returned home after our annual family ski trip to Boyne Mountain. Staying at the Perry Hotel was a treat. We love the quaint 1899 historic hotel and the beautiful downtown of Petoskey at Christmas time. The hotel is located on the banks of Traverse Bay with beautiful views. Our family decided that we would like to go back... More

Being alone over Thanksgiving, we reserved the Thanksgiving Special at the Perry Hotel. This included a two night hotel room (we upgraded to bay view), Thanksgiving dinner for two, breakfast vouchers for two and $40.00 in shopping vouchers. The room was tastefully appointed with a comfortable king size bed (small quirk – could not watch Lions football from the sofa)... More

It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving...no snow but almost Currier and Ives lovely, due to the beauty of the hotel and the efforts of caring hotel staff. The 8 trees located throughout the hotel were adorned with tasteful lights and ornaments which fit into the 1899 hotel. More

Just spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Perry. It's the best deal going, adjoining rooms, bayview, breakfast each morning, Thanksgiving dinner and Merchant Bucks to spend in town! Great property, spotlessly clean, everyone (without exception) was helpful and very nice. Beds comfortable with good pillows (thank you) and quiet. The food is really good at breakfast, nice bar downstairs with entertainment.... More

Stayed here 5 times over last 3 years. Beatiful old hotel over-looking charming bay. Harlequin rooms some a little cold but you can adjust your thermostat. Includes $25 off fantastic breakfast. Very high quality and covered in cherry jam if you like. We use this place as a base to explore Petoskey. End night with free popcorn in basement pub. More

There are several reasons to stay at the Perry. One is location. You'll be able to walk to the Gaslight District for shopping and/or dining. You can walk to the lakefront. You'll be centrally located for drives around Little Traverse Bay and beyond. Another reason is the ambience of an historic hotel. While the hotel may be over 100 years... More
