My husband and I stayed at this bed and breakfast type hotel in February of 2008 to celebrate our 10th anniversary and we loved it! Booked directly with hotel. For the price, expect more, MUCH more, for a premier hotel (and I've stayed all over the world.) This hotel claims wireless in rooms - not so. Stafford's Bay View Inn is fantastic!!! It is a 32 room victorian inn that has been in business consecutively since the late 1880's. There are several suites and each unit is unique. There are journals in each room with entries from guests over the years. Ours in particular had some quite intriguing stories that I discussed with Stafford himself one... more

Ate dinner here recently on a Saturday evening. No need for reservations. Not too busy. Pretty dining room, and lobby of small hotel/inn. Service was excellent and very friendly.
