Top notch hotel with close proximity to shopping, dining and major highways in the Detroit area. Friendly staff only added to the premium accommodations and amenities, which is always a nice plus in these times where customer service is sometimes lacking. One of my best hotel experiences in years due to facilities and staff. Breakfast services were well beyond the norm in comparison to comparable hotels. The friendly and helpful staff supplied me with all the travel information I requested as well. Their coffee station in the lobby served excellent coffee for a quick getaway if required.

Great staff! very helpfull and friendly a credit to the hotel. Rooms could be better and it would be nice if the railroad didn't sound the horn in the middle of the night, but that doesn't matter if you have the window closed!
