Arrived 7.30 pm, cold, wet and tired. (having telephoned during the afternoon to say we would be later than 6 pm, after which time, they emphasised three times when we made the booking, our booking would be invalid). The hotel is well run and the staff are friendly. The appearance from the outside is good and there is plenty of parking. The downstairs areas are very nice and have a quality feel about them.
