Chateau itself very imposing,lovely grounds,but the room we stayed was in an annexe was gloomy,and definitely in need of some .TLC,and a bit grubby in the bathroom area,I think the rooms were a lot nicer in the Chateau itself,the staff weren;t particularly friendly,but we had a meal in the Chateau which was excellent. more
We were looking for somewhere to spend 4 days incl New Years eve within easy driving distance of St Malo / Dinard airport. My sister had stayed there previously. Our idea of chateau/hotel perfection was realized with this hotel. While not deluxe as in an urban hotel, the chateau and its furnishings are authentic.
