My friends held a small wedding here at Red Roof. It was pretty fun! we had our rooms all together & were able to dress up & get everything ready for the wedding reception together. The banquent room was nice sized & up front by the pool, so the party was connected even if we were swimming. The next day... More

We traveled to Muskegon with our 3 dogs, stayed at red roof inn because of its pet friendly status. Aside from the drinking parties going on, the running in the halls all night, people passed out in the hall, my dogs came home infested with fleas. To date, I have spent over $300.00 to remove the fleas from my dogs,... More

Red Roof Inn is a pet friendly hotel and welcomes pets who accompany their owners. Management recognizes how important pets are to many people and our hotel offers an opportunity for owners to travel with their pets. We are very aware of the pet issues that could arise and we take consistent steps to assure that all rooms occupied by... More

I stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it came with a couch and king size bed. The jacuzzi is in the room with the bed. This hotel is not perfect and could use some minor repairs (things need painted, drywall in hallway needs repaired, and the tv remote didn't work). Overall the room met our needs and I was able... Red Roof Inn management would like to thank you for your positive review. We wanted to add that this Red Roof Inn is undergoing a detailed renovation. This renovation is designed to bring new and fresh changes to the hotel which will be completed in early 2012. We have scheduled the renovation to affect guests as little as possible. If... More

It is in a very seedy part of town and the clientele is a little questionable. That being said, the staff is very friendly. The rooms were OK (definately better than the hotel across the street). If you are just stopping for a night (like we were), it is adequate and the price was right. would not stay here for... More

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had when you stayed with us. We have changed management and are currenlty renovating the hotel to meet the standards that guests have come to expect in a Red Roof Inn. Part of improving hotel policy and procedures involves the proper training of staff. A good hotel needs ALL staff to work together... More

A girlfriend and I needed a hotel in the Grand Haven/Muskegon area and this was the only affordable room I could find on a Saturday night in July. When we arrived at our room, it wasn't cleaned! The beds were a mess and there were towels all over from the previous people. We went back to the lobby and there... More

I just wanted to say that I found the hotel room very clean, quite, comfortable sleeping; the staff accomodating, curtious-especially Debra the hotel clerk that waited on me. I stayed here for 6 days and would stay again. More

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here since it it changed to the Red Roof Inn. Our opinions haven't changed. Still a very nice hotel with great staff and is clean. The only major change in the hotel is it's exterior... and mostly its 'red roof'. Pretty bad but nothing a good coat of paint wouldn't quickly fix.... More
