Don't let the lobby fool you. The rooms are in need of updating. The air conditioning did not work. After numerous visits from the maintenance staff they finally gave us fans and we slept with the windows open. Not a pleasant experience! More

The lobby and common areas are very nice. The staff was very nice except for housekeeping. The rooms are very well appointed. The TVs in the rooms are about a thousand years old. On vacation to see relatives in Muskegon and needed a central spot for the area. This hotel meet all our needs and expectations. The staff here is outstanding. We ate in the restaurant for several breakfast meals and one dinner. The restaurant is convenient but nothing special.good parking. More

Check in was quick, king room was very clean and equipped with standard amenities. I enjoy the free wi-fi. The service in the bar was great and the food was very good. Traveling solo for business I felt very safe. I also enjoyed the view from the 8th floor. More
