I have stayed numerous times at the Los Balcones since 2010 and I really like it. The staff is friendly (at least to me), beds are decent, clean and so forth. My favorite single room is number 14, it has a glorious view of the town at sunrise (and sunset as well). More

The good: free internet, but very slow. Close to cathedral. Nicely decorated. The bad: internet is very slow. Rooms are very noisy, like sleeping on the street. Bring earplugs! The building itself is beautiful, and rooms spacious. The bathroom curtain was moldy, and the bathroom old and dated, which I wouldn't mind if it was cleaner.
