The rooms are very clean and modern and there is free wifi. The price is reasonable but not cheap at 70,000LAK. I had a problem with the hot water in my room but switched rooms and had no further problems.
I've stayed here 2 or 3 times since it opened and its fine - clean, central and cheap. A double bed with clean sheets and ensuite for 60,000kip.
I am writing from a room in this guesthouse, which brings me to the big advantage: free wifi! (slow, but it's there)
The rooms are clean, bathroom is too. Receptionists friendly albeit language barrier..
Price is same as other guesthouses of this range (60.000 kips for double room w/bathroom and fan).
Gets a bit noisy due to proximity of night...
