Overall there isn´t a great variety of hotels in Bodh Gaya, so we were happy to get a room in the top rated guesthouse on Tripadvisor. We (2 girls) have to say that when we arrived we were gutted about the poor condition our room was in. The "bathroom" had a shower that overflooded everything and the bathroom door couldn´t... More

I believe the hotel is owned by Tibetan's in Dharamsala. It is large so there are often large groups on pilgrimage. It is clean and close to the World Heritage Sight. There is a large dining room that was only patronized by us. The rest of the hotel was taken over by a large group of Sri Lankans on pilgrimage... More

We booked this guesthouse on the strength of it's Tripadvisor rating and I have to say that when we arrived I was a bit surprised at just how basic the triple room we booked was. Hot water on demand but no TV. Also there are building works going on at the moment which started at 8.00am and finished around 9.30pm... More

this is a very cosy place, with monks everywhere always giving you a warm smile. The room was impecable and the staff is very, very nice! the rooms have a lot of space, are splotless and the guest house is situated at a very calm place but near to all the main sights.

The Kirti Guest House is a cheap mid-range hotel with some great budget suite rooms. For backpackers, staying in budget rooms in India is your own fault because standards are so low however places like this give me hope. Traveling independently, the 3 of us arrived without a reservation & was offered a suite for the price of a normal... More

I stayed two nights at the Kirti Guest House. It is lovely, lovely, lovely! Clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant is one of the nicest ones I have seen in India. Delicious food. Be sure to try the Tibetan Bread -- delicious. My room was on the fourth floor, which had a balcony. It is a quiet... More

We arrived very early by train (7 am) and they had no problem checking us in and they allowed us to have a late check out. Our room was very clean and the people were friendly. We stayed one night. They do not provide any kind of internet access but having an internet connection (WiFi) would make this place a... More
