I attended a conference event at their conference center and the food was poor. They just aren't equipped to provide quality food to a large group of 50 people or more. Stay away from eating there unless you just want a salad. The conferenec staff agreed the food was bad.

From check-in to check-out some of the sweetest and most helpful staff I've found. Room was nice. Breakfast was "OK". Manager's Reception was lame. Nice that they accept pets!

Rooms have been updated, clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning is very disorganized with little seating.

Nice clean hotel with a Bennigan's attached. Across the street from the football stadium. We came to play golf. This was a little farther than some of the other hotels, but it was nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My partner and I spent a night here on our way up to Traverse City. Excellent, clean, no frills hotel. I have stayed here maybe eight times over the years on business and it's alway pretty good. Rooms clean, plenty of parking. Free Internet in the lobby. Staff generally friendly. I will be back.
