Although a rough ride from the C38 to the Lodge it is worthwhile. Nice and informal, We stayed in the new building with is very comfortable with a great view from the terrace. Food is very good and being vegetarian is no problem. The cook made very tasteful food. Very nice pool, although very cold in july! Very nice area... More

Very relaxing stay. The best moments at Naua Naua: - Diner nearly alone with view to the waterhole. - Feeding of the cheeta. - Safari with Joshuha. It takes abut 45 to drive to the entrance of the parc. It means early wake up... But the peace of the naua naua is worth it :)

We had a fantastic stay in Naua Naua on our honeymoon in May 2011. We had just spent two days in Etosha and were en-route to Damara. Our 1 night stay in Naua Naua was really special. The lodge is run by a really friendly and welcoming German couple (English spoken perfectly). The lodge is effectively part of a working... More

If you want to see cheeta's, feed the ostriches and enjoy some great sunsetting, be sure to stay in this lodge. Staff is helpfull, friendly, gives a lot of explanation on the animals and their habitat. In the evening you can enjoy the view of the waterhole and look at the animals with a glass of wine in your hand.

Great location at the end of an 8km dirt road. Warm welcome. Good facilities overlooking their own waterhole from a large deck and bar area. As we were travelling with another couple, they gave us a bugalow with a shared living room and deck also looking over the wildlife. Owned by a German couple who joined us for dinner and... More

We stayed in August 2009. Note that the hotel changed ownership earlier this year, so older reviews may be less relevant. The hotel is not a large one, so we got personal attention. We require a special diet, so the cook agreed to make special food for us, even in our own cutlery. Every evening dinner is served in the... More

I must say that the website looks very good but this place is far, far too expensive for what you get. Our room smelled of drains and needed a good clean and the lack of air conditioning is a crime when the prices are this high. We got virtually no sleep on either night as it was just too hot.... Stayed here for a few nights with family (eight of us, over three rooms, with three kids) and really enjoyed it. The accomodations were very nice, set up on a hill overlooking the bush with expansive views, with a nice pool and cookout area/bar overlooking the water hole (where we would see lots of oryx, wildebeest, giraffes, springbok, etc.). The... More

My husband and I are both professional people, currently on assignment for BP in Luanda, Angola. As we are fortunately given a generous leave allowance, we are making the most of our time in Africa to see as much of the region as possible. This past Christmas, we returned to Namibia for a family holiday with our two sons. Namibia... More

We used this lodge as our base for exploring the Etsoha National Park and stayed for 3 nights. The approach from the main, tarred road begins with a 6 – 8 kilometer drive on one of Namibia’s fine, gravel roads. From there it’s a further 17 or so kilometres along what can only be described as a farm track, passing... More
