While this is a budget in, it is probably the nicest and cleanest budget hotel that I've stayed at. If I returned and was on a budget I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times when we visit family. It is a very basic hotel with hard beds, but it's clean, in a nice area, has a nice pool, and it was cheap. Good enough for the one night that we stayed.

The room was outdated and in need of upgrades, but reasonably clean. The hallways and common areas appeared dirty and unkept. The walls/floors were not very soundproof at all, could easily hear other guests movements, toilets flushing, etc. Overall, not a very good value for the money. Look at other hotels before you decide to stay here.
