In the middle of nowhere is a little piece of civilization, the Hampton Inn. Good place to spend the night. Just off the interstate. Perfect local for what we needed. We have family nearby. We are able to visit with them and then drive a short distance to the hotel to get some sleep and our own bathroom.

Our family stay here was due to a fire in our home, the staff took excellent care of us. We are very grateful that they were considerate of our situation. The breakfast was always fresh, the kids loved it, and Joan "the breakfast mom". There was always coffee,and everyone said good morning to Chester!(the dog).

Some of the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful (especially Haley and the older woman who tends breakfast), and the location is very convenient when visiting the Marshall area. This hotel is located easily off the freeway of I-94 which makes it really convenient, however with that comes the noise from the traffic. We were greeted by a professional who was nice and helpful. Upon entering our room, we found a fresh, clean room with no odors. If you want a clean and affordable place, go here. It's a 5 min drive to Chili's, restaurants and shopping. Town was quaint but closed Sunday. Breakfast variety for most.

Clean, comfortable, very accomodating staff. Only complaint is there is no hot tub. Fairly quiet, appreciate the soft closing doors! Good food nearby or drive into Marshall if you have time. Interesting, historic town.
