Nice, homey place to stay. Owners very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Close to all the great amenities of Mackinac. The shower was a standing one. Very small. Otherwise nice. Kind of pricey for the room.

We booked at the Metivier on a fluke. Our original choice got cancelled due to a missed response to an email confirmation request. The Metivier sounded quaint and off the beaten path. Just back from a very nice weekend at the Metivier. Nice rooms. Great location one block off of Main St.. Breakfast was decent. Overall a very relazing weekend. Will definately be back !

It was perfect....the location, the porch, the comfy beds, the friendliness of the staff, the afternoon treats...everything was just so charming. We are definitely looking forward to staying at the Metivier Inn again . We felt so at home!
