The hotel is on the main street in Ludington and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are older and somewhat small, but they are very clean and have refrigerators. We stayed here one night and found it to be very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The added attractions of wine sampling and a delicious home cooked breakfast made it a great place to stay at a wonderful price. The hosts were very friendly and offered excellent dinner suggestions.

We stayed one night and concluded that, if the price had been about a third less, the motel/inn would have been all right. The good is that it has, on the outside, been very well re-modelled and looks pretty good. However, room was not very good. It was clean, however.
