We had an amzing time and were lucky enough to be the only couple staying the night. Hedi is a wonderful host and we loved the atmosphere if this historic home. She let us know what was going on in the area, recommended a resturant, and was delightful to talk to. We felt right at home and were very pleased... More

Heidi is a gracious host. She modified what she provided for breakfast to take a low carb diet into account. We have stayed here many times and you always feel like you are coming home. The heated floor in the bathroom was very nice. We always look forward to staying here when we look for a weekend get away.

My wife stayed here last year and had an awesome time!! From the time we walked through the doors the warmth was felt. Phil & Heidi introduced themselves, gave us a tour, suggested restaurants & things to do around town. Phil shared with us the rich history of the their home. Everything was in walking distance. We walked to the... More

Heidi & Phil are wonderful hosts. A great breakfast on the Friday after Thanksgiving which included punkin dumpkin cake. Phil & Heidi also took us to the tree farm and we watched them cut their Christmas tree down for the B&B. We also got a free hayride to boot. A down to earth couple who really make you feel your're... More

Heidi and Phil are wonderfully welcoming hosts. The house is beautifully decorated with a French influenced kitchen. Heidi's breakfasts are amazing! Very hearty!

My husband and I are really not BB people, but this place was very nice. You could enter the house without walking thru the family's space, and go upstairs to your room. We were visiting friends at the marina, so we did not spend a lot of time there. The breakfast was wonderful, and so were the home made cookies.... More

The B&B was lovely and very comfortable. We went to Lexington for our Anniversary and thought we'd try Carrolls. Heidi and Phil were so nice and made us feel at home. The breakfasts are the best we'd ever had in a B&B. Our room was comfy and very clean. We sat out on the porch and enjoyed our wine and... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Carroll House the night we went to a concert in downtown Lexington at the music theater. It is such a great location because we could walk to the theater and if it wasn't winter time we could have walked to the park on the water as well. It was nice to walk into... More

The Carroll House is a nice place to get away, being just a few minutes walk from the small town and from the beach. Beautiful landscaping, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts and gracious hosts. A state park is a few minutes drive from the B&B, offerring an expansive beachline and sometimes more privacy than the small public beach near the B&B.... More

We've visited the LMT a few times for various shows (i.e, Leon Russell, Four B Babes, etc) and each time have stayed at the Carroll House. Heidi and Phil are wonderfully gracious and fun! We now have family who have relocated to Lexington. We've told all friends and family who go to visit, stay at the Carroll House! And, I... More
